- Rest, or video review in the air-conditioned meeting room.

Sample week
Seven days, as an example.
Foreign clubs book camps of up to 30 days. Dates and sessions are planned with you.

- Transfer from Chiang Mai airport, check-in in English, Thai or Czech, and dinner. By arrangement, a squad can be on the grass the afternoon it lands.
- Days 2 and 3
- Two sessions a day: pitch work in the morning, then the gym or the second pitch later. Pool and ice baths between.
- Day 4
- A rest day. The Bua Thong Sticky Waterfalls, Mae Ngat Dam or an elephant park, planned by the tour desk with local guides.
- Days 5 and 6
- Training days again, with a match day on the second pitch: a friendly, or a tournament if several teams are staying.
- Day 7
- A recovery morning in the pool, packing, and the transfer back to the airport.
