Terms and conditions
1. Acceptance of these terms
By using our website, making a reservation or entering the premises of Thai Sports Resort and Yaowarate Sports Club, all guests, visitors, delegation members, coaches and team personnel (you) agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Reservations, deposits and cancellations
- Individual bookings. Full payment or a guaranteed credit card is required when booking. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are charged at 50%. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Group and delegation bookings (10 to 120 or more participants). Group stays, training camps and corporate retreats are governed by a Master Service Agreement or Group Booking Contract. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement applies. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure dates for facilities and accommodation.
- No-shows. If you do not arrive on the check-in date without telling us in writing beforehand, the full booking fee is forfeited and the remaining nights are cancelled.
3. Facilities and conduct
- Pitches and training areas. Pitches, gym equipment and meeting rooms are used according to the allocated schedule. Studded and spiked boots are not allowed inside rooms, dining areas or the community room.
- Pool and water massage section. The pool and water back-massage section are open during posted hours. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Diving is allowed only in designated areas.
- Community and games room. Games equipment is provided for guests to enjoy. Guests are liable for wilful damage to resort property.
- Quiet hours. Quiet hours run from 22:00 to 06:00 so that teams can recover and other guests can rest, unless a private buyout of the facility has been agreed in writing.
4. Damage deposit and liability
- A refundable security deposit or credit card pre-authorisation is required at check-in.
- Guests and team managers are jointly and severally liable for loss of or damage to rooms, sports equipment, pool systems or grounds caused by themselves or members of their delegation.
- We may charge the registered card for repairs or deep cleaning beyond normal wear and tear.
5. Filming, photography and drones
- Commercial filming. Visiting clubs, companies and other organisations keep their own intellectual property rights. Commercial photography, broadcast or filming on the premises needs written permission from resort management first.
- Drones. Flying drones over the grounds, pitches or accommodation without authorisation is not allowed. Authorised operators must provide their local flight permits and operator licences before flying.
- Our own marketing. We do not publish recognisable photos or video of closed training sessions, team tactics or individual guests without consent or a contractual agreement.
6. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in meeting our obligations where it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, civil unrest, government restrictions or failures of the power grid.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes arising from these terms or your stay are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
