Health and safety
1. Athletic activity carries risk
Thai Sports Resort and Yaowarate Sports Club provide sports pitches, a conditioning gym, a swimming pool and recovery facilities. Sport, training camps, conditioning and recreational activity all carry a risk of injury, including muscle strains, sprains, heat exhaustion, dehydration and contact injuries.
2. Assumption of risk
By using our pitches, training equipment, pool or water massage section, you voluntarily accept the known and unknown risks of taking part. Professional teams and individual athletes must hold their own health, sports and accident insurance.
3. Medical fitness
Guests and athletes confirm that they are in good health and physically able to take part in the activities they do on the premises. The resort has no resident medical staff. Basic first aid supplies are kept on site, and the cost of emergency medical transport is the responsibility of the guest or the team management.
4. Pool and water massage safety
- The water back-massage section uses pressure jets. Guests with heart conditions, high blood pressure or open wounds, and guests who are pregnant, should ask a doctor before using it.
- No lifeguard is on duty unless one has been agreed in writing for a team session. All water facilities are used at your own risk.
5. Food and allergies
Our restaurant prepares athletic meal plans and Thai and international dishes. The kitchen handles nuts, seafood, gluten and dairy. We take care with allergens, but guests with severe allergies must tell management in writing before check-in.
